What is it with Microsoft? Why did they grab iView Media Pro to let it languish? It is still the best cataloguer for the Mac, but needs to have the UI fixed which has always been a bit of a muddle. I have had to keep notes for my intermittent usage and maintain my own presets, or otherwise get lost in its tangled loops of menus and settings. However once set up, it does work well. I use it to create pdf catalogs of my photos. Be nice if this was more straight forward and gave me finer control of the final outcome.
